Barn Weddings at SylvanDale
Every event barn is unique in its own way! SylvanDale Rustic Barn is weathered wood, sylvan shade, summer breezes and heirloom flowers. The Swedish style barn is bursting with character and age. Slat siding provides for a beautiful display at night in addition to decorative lights strung through the trees in the garden. The barn and surrounding areas are decorated with many antiques and additional decorations may be added.
SylvanDale Barn Wedding Package
- Available May through mid-October (weather permitting)
- $6,000 plus 5.5% sales tax
- Capacity 150 people in the Barn and Milk House with additional outdoor seating for 50 people for a total of 200 guests. Max capacity is 250 guests with additional tent rented
- Venue includes: Barn, Milk House, Courtyard, Pavilion, Stage, Fire Pit, and Field parking for 125 vehicles

- Antique tables and chairs for 100 guests plus additional outdoor seating
- Large parking area with parking attendant
- Two Accessible Bathrooms
- Friday night rehearsal (2 hour max) concluded by 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday morning venue available starting at 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
- Sunday morning cleanup 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (scheduled time available at the discretion of SylvanDale LLC)
- Set up and tear down of chairs for ceremony and reception

Friday Night Rehearsal Dinner Option
If you would like to host your rehearsal dinner at the barn we would be happy to accommodate you!
- $1000.00 plus 5.5% sales tax for up to 50 guests, additional charge for over 50 guests
- 4 hour max and to be concluded by 10:00 p.m.
- 1 Bartender Included
- Max 100 guests

Miscellaneous
- Table linens available with a $100.00 rental fee
- Alcohol Service is limited to beer, signature cocktails, and wine which must be purchased by the Renter. Beer and wine must be served by SylvanDale’s licensed bartenders $50.00/hour for each bartender. A bartender is required for every 100 guests or fraction thereof
- A licensed and insured caterer must be used or you may provide your own food
- We will spray for mosquitoes the day prior to your event using an environmentally friendly and non toxic product for an additional $50.00 fee
- Ceremony Benches $250.00 Arbor $50.00
A list of recommended vendors in the local area will be provided upon the signing of your rental contract including:

The bonfire area is always popular on those cool summer nights providing views of the courtyard, garden, and barn. With nightfall the barn becomes a magical display of lights inside and out providing a relaxing and fun atmosphere.
