Boogie in the Barn
“This classic country barn offers another unique setting for our event; we are very grateful to Matt and Kim Dale for offering this great venue for our Gala,” noted the CAMBA executive director. The barn is located at 10886 Round Lake School Road, east of Hayward off Highway 77.
Dinner for the Boogie in the Barn was provided by Divine Swine Catering – with an on-site pig roast, plus roast turkey and vegetarian options. Hayward’s own Angry Minnow beer will be served, with wine and soft drinks available.
Randy Sabien and Friends livened up the crowd with acoustic folk, rock and jazz including singer-songwriter originals and stylized covers, so you are encouraged to bring your dancing shoes!
An impressive array of items was assembled for the live and silent auctions taking place during the evening. And not only bicycling-related products (though there was definitely some), but other exciting items including vacation stays, private parties, artwork, stylized furniture, and special experience-based items.
